TERMS AND CONDITIONS

When you hire with Fleur Dress Hire you are agreeing to all T&Cs below. Please carefully read through the T&Cs before placing an order. 

GARMENT CONDITION:

Please note that in efforts to be sustainable that garments may show signs of wear and tear. This does not signify that there will be any obvious flaws only small signs of wear. 

WEARING THE GARMENT:

Fashion tape is not to be worn with any of the garments. 

Please ensure the following and treat the garment with care and respect as if it is your own:

BE CAUTIOUS OF ANY DRINKS, FOOD OR WATER THAT COULD POTENTIALLY STAIN THE GARMENT.

DO NOT STRETCH OR PULL THE FABRIC AS IT MAY LEAD TO THREAD PULLS, STITCH PULLS, HOLES AND RIPS.

Getting repairs done can be tedious so by taking these precautions damages can be prevented in the first place🤍

DAMAGES TO GARMENT:

IF DAMAGES TO THE GARMENT DO INCUR THEN PLEASE NOTIFY FLEUR DRESS HIRE ASAP. Damages include water stains, holes, rips, stitch pulls, dirt marks and any other types of stains - anything that has defected the original condition of the rental is considered damage.

If damages require repair then Fleur Dress Hire has the right to charge the hirer to cover those costs. In the case that damage repair does not have any costs then the hirer will not be charged. 

RETURNING THE GARMENT:

All rentals are to be returned UNCLEANED. Dry cleaning costs are always included in the pricing. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and include the returns costs as well. 

A return label can be found in the postage bag that the garment was sent in. To return the garment simply place the rental back into the postage bag and stick the return label onto it.

If the return label is lost then the hirer is responsible to cover return costs. The return address is included via email once order was placed. 

If the garment has been stolen then the full RRP will be charged to cover costs of repurchasing the same garment* This also applies to lost garments. 

 

*Stolen means that the garment has not been returned for an extended period of time WITH NO HIRING EXTENSION and the hirer has not communicated to FDH about when the garment will be returned

LATE FEE:

ALL HIRING PERIODS ARE 5 DAYS. For each day the garment is not returned outside of the last day of the hiring period, 20% OF THE HIRING PRICE WILL BE CHARGED. Similarly, hiring extensions that have been appointed upon placing an order will amount to 20% of the hiring period for each additional day. 

Please return garments by the end of the hiring period as this may prevent another hirer from receiving the rental for their event. 

CANCELLATION/REFUNDS:

Orders are NOT eligible for cancellation after it has been shipped out. If order is cancelled 3 days before the first day of the hiring period then a full refund can be given. 

Cancellations may be placed by Fleur Dress Hire for your order if we believe it will not arrive in time for your event. This may mean that the garment has been returned late by another hirer or stolen. In this case of cancellation, full store credit will be given. Furthermore, if this is realised at an earlier stage we may be able to offer you another rental of your choice. 

Refunds are not eligible if hirer has received the garment but did not get the chance to wear it. Fleur Dress Hire is NOT responsible for this therefore no refund will be given under any circumstance.
